So, I just wrote this article about bats over at Slate.
It’s got go-go-gadget tongues, cuddly little vampires, lactating males, terrifying penises, and lots of other boring stuff you probably don’t want to read about. (I kid. I’ve been working on it for months, so go read that sucka!)
But there was this one story that I just didn’t have enough room to tell, a story about how the United States government tried to weaponize bats during WWII. And instead of writing another article, I wanted to try something different. So, I wrangled the terrifically talented Adam Wilson (Twitter, Dribbble) into the fold at the very last minute and we whipped up this lil comic for your viewing pleasure.
